Omega appoints CEO following investor revolt

Lloyd's insurer Omega has announced a new CEO following last week's shareholder revolt.

Richard Pexton, former CEO of Heritage Underwriting Agency, will become CEO of Lloyd’s insurer Omega. He joins the Omega board with immediate effect.
